• The Admissions Application is evaluated using our internal assessment criteria
• Application scores and recommendations are advisory and subject to final review by our admissions team

6. Enrollment & Program Terms

• Completion of an admissions application does not guarantee enrollment
• Program enrollment is subject to admissions review and available capacity
• Specific program terms, fees, refund policies, and schedules will be provided upon acceptance
• PastDue Academy reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, and pricing

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, design, software) is the property of PastDue Academy / GGenesis Strategic Solutions
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• The PastDue Academy name, logo, and "Healthcare Training That Changes Careers" tagline are proprietary
